Lee Ann, great question. I thought I'd responded a while ago, but apparently not.

In our conservative K-8 district, I am only able to do some of the the things that I want to do with students (blogging, commenting on other students' blogs, glogstering) because of a pledge to parents and administration to use the very safest methods I know of to protect student privacy. Vokis protect the anonymity of the child but still allow for narrating written work in the child's voice. (Besides, the kids LOVE them!) Thanks for the question!

Hi,
Do you think using a voki is more user friendly than say a simply screencast or streaming video? Just thinking about applications for high school students. A voki might make a neat reading buddy...thanks for posting yours.
